Who We Are

Deluxe School is an international educational institution that believes in the power of language as a self-discovery and communication tool that can be learned and enjoyed by anyone and anywhere in the world. Through our innovative and propriety “Parrot Method”^TM  we strive to create an environment where the students feel completely relaxed to speak in a foreign language and to appreciate the power of culture in learning a language.

History

Deluxe School was founded in 2000, headquartered in Boston , USA with its Research and Development Center in Amsterdam , The Netherlands.  In 2005, the founder of Deluxe School , Alice H. Hsu-Luijkx, led a team of linguistic experts from the USA and Europe to study the way the Chinese learn to speak English in mainland China .  By doing so, they were able to develop a unique methodology and pedagogy that perfectly suits those Chinese who are interested in learning to speak English as well as to embark on a path of deeper self-discovery by understanding other cultures.

Vision and Mission

Deluxe School’s vision is to create a fun learning environment by providing a multi-cultural learning experience where everyone and anyone can speak English.  We are committed:

to develop and improve the spoken English of all Chinese

• to create an environment where everyone (no matter what level) can and is willing to speak English.
• to foster a fun and dynamic learning environment where everyone is going through a self-discovery process by learning to speak English.
• to introduce a greater awareness of other cultures in the process of learning English
• to partner with other professional and international organizations to create opportunities for multi-cultural exchanges.
• to create internship programs where the teachers can interact with students and experience a true local living experience in a foreign country.
